PAD THAI (Thai fried noodle with chicken or prawns)

A per the green curry recipe, you can prepare a vegetarian version of this dish, criteria is always the same.
Ingredients for 1 set:
30 g narrow rice noodles (soak in the cold water for 10/15 minutes)
30 g chicken or prawns/ tofu/ tempeh
2 tbsp seeds or soy cooking oil
2 cloves garlic
1 pcs egg
1 tbsp oyster sauce or fish sauce (for vegetarians use standard soy sauce)
1/2 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 - 2 drop black soy sauce (restricted)
1/2 tbsp dried shrimp
1 tbsp dried radish ( if fresh 2 pieces) or tofu
1 tbsp roasted peanut
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup bean sprout and green onion, cut these 2,5 cm long
1/4 cup carrot (sliced)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 pcs slime slice to garnish and seasoning at the end
3 leaves Thai basil
Preparation:
Put in a bowl these ingredients following this order: chili sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water, mix together then add black soy sauce.
In a large wok heat oil over medium - high temperature, put garlic and stir as soon as it becomes yellowish, add the egg and mix it quickly till cooked and then put in the chicken stiring until well done ( no pink flash, ATTENTION!!! but white).
Now it's time for noodels, put in the wok, stir adjusting temperature to medium heat again, pickle radish and let it dried (3 - 5 minutes required), add sprouts, onion, carrot and after 2 minutes add dried shrimps and roasted peanut, go ahead cooking for other 4 minutes but check that water reduced and noodles are soft and dried. It's time to taste before serving.
Prepare the plate as in the picture, guarnishing it on one side with chili powder and lime!
